Our all natural elk jerky is perfect if you’re looking for a quick snack on the trail, but you’re worried about adding fat - it’s super lean, with fewer than one-fifth of the fat and calories in regular beef jerky. With the right amount of chew and crisp, this meaty and supremely beefy jerky has an incredibly sweet flavor and a touch of smoky goodness.

Our elk jerky comes from Broadleaf Game, masters of the game, who source from New Zealand family-run farms. A global purveyor of specialty meats, Broadleaf is a family-owned company and one of the pioneers of the farmed deer industry in New Zealand.
